Return and Refund Policy

At SERENAIRE we want you to be happy with what you receive. If something is not right, you may return or exchange it within 3 days of delivery.

Return window

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to raise a return or exchange request. Requests raised after this period cannot be accepted.

To start a return, email serenaireww@gmail.com or call +91 90725 73999 with your order number and, where the item is damaged or incorrect, a photograph of what you received.

Condition of returned items

Items must be returned:

Unworn, unwashed and unaltered
With all original tags attached
In their original packaging
Free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks or any sign of use

We reserve the right to decline a return that reaches us in a condition that does not meet the above.

Items that cannot be returned

Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
Items damaged through wear, washing or improper care after delivery

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability of the size or colour requested. Where the item you want is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.

Return shipping

Where an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, we arrange a free reverse pickup and bear the cost.

Where a return is for change of mind or fit, a return shipping charge of Rs. [AMOUNT] is deducted from your refund. We arrange the reverse pickup; you do not need to book a courier yourself.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further 5-7 business days to credit the amount.
Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer. We will ask you for your account details when your return is approved.

Shipping charges, where paid, are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error.

Order cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Email serenaireww@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched it must be handled as a return.
