Shipping Policy

Free delivery across India

We offer free delivery on every order within India, with no minimum order value. There are no hidden charges at checkout.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within:

Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka: 3-4 business days
Rest of India: 4-7 business days

Delivery times are estimates. Remote pin codes, weather, festivals and courier delays can extend them.

Tracking

You will receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched. You can follow your shipment from there at any time.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available across India. Please keep the exact amount ready, as our delivery partner may not carry change.

Delivery attempts

Our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery cannot be completed, the order returns to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before confirming your order. We cannot redirect a shipment once it has been dispatched, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may attract a redelivery charge.

International shipping

We ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States.

International delivery is charged at a flat Rs. 1,800 per order and typically takes 7-15 business days.

Customs and import duties: Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you pay us. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
