These terms govern your use of serenaire.in and any purchase you make from us. By using this website or placing an order, you accept these terms.

1. About us

This website is operated by Mehar Hijab, trading as SERENAIRE, having its registered office at 13/463, Mehar, Sarayunagar, Chandranagar, Palakkad, Kerala 678007, India. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to SERENAIRE.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order with us.

3. Products and descriptions

We take care to describe and photograph our garments accurately. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen, and minor variations in print placement, shade and finish are inherent to the fabrics we use. These are not defects.

All items are subject to availability. We may withdraw a product from sale at any time.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices without prior notice. Where a pricing error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including where an item is out of stock, where we suspect fraudulent activity, or where a pricing error has occurred. Where we cancel a prepaid order, we refund you in full.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and we do not store your card details.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including photographs, designs, prints, text and the SERENAIRE name and logo, is our property or is used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Palakkad, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
